Depending on the personal choice of the program, the thawing of the stored tissue and another retransplantation are available once or repeatedly over the years to prevent organ failure or aging. This is usually every 3-7 years depending on age and individual assessment. Program duration is between 25-35 years with more visible results as time passes.
